A focused consultation may move quickly. A greenhouse assessment or validation trial may require a deeper scope.
Initial consultation
Discuss the operating context, goals, timing, available information, and desired outcome.
Define the scope
Agree on the question, work plan, responsibilities, schedule, and deliverables.
Assess or validate
Review the greenhouse, data, production system, or trial using the evidence the decision requires.
Receive recommendations
Get clear findings, limitations, priorities, and practical next steps.
Implementation support
Continue with monitoring, training, validation, funding, or project development when useful.
Start with what you already know.

A complete data package is not required for the first conversation.
Share sensitive information carefully.
Initial conversations can stay high level. When detailed commercial, technical, or greenhouse information is needed, the parties can put an appropriate confidentiality agreement in place first.
AGS uses project information only for the agreed work and avoids requesting data that is not needed.
Defined for each scope.
A focused assessment commonly takes about 5 to 10 business days after the required information is available. Trials and larger projects follow an agreed schedule.
Deliverables may include a consultation summary, assessment report, prioritized action plan, trial plan, data analysis, technical report, or implementation roadmap.
